Andrew Robinson is an exercise physiologist and level 2 cycling coach. He is particularly passionate about cycling and has raced for over 20 years and still gets round with A grade in local club criteriums. For many years Andrew has also worked in sport and talent identification in Australia and overseas. His education background includes study in exercise physiology, science, biomechanics, nutrition, rehabilitation, and psychology. His racing experience covers the road, track and mountain bike disciplines of cycling. He is also interested in meditation, Tibetan buddhism, science fiction, gamification of exercise science and sustainability. Andrew’s approach combines cutting edge sports science with extensive racing experience. He aims to provide training and conditioning programs to help guide cyclists and people of all ages and levels to reach their goals. He is also committed to working with health professionals to optimise outcomes for cyclists who have had injuries or who require a synergistic / multidisciplinary approach to help them reach their peak performance and extend from the limitations of their injury. Our bodies are complex and exercise can take our bodies to their limit, with the right approach that limit will change.
