With a diploma in fitness Jess’s experience in health and fitness includes being a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She works with a wide range of people: from young adults with weight loss and general conditioning goals, to adults just beginning an exercise program. She has helped clients who have had work-related injuries, lower back pains, kyphosis, knee pains, high blood pressure, and severe migraines.
What she believes
Jess is a firm believer that healthy living is not just about working out but about living a nutritionally, physically, mentally and spiritually balanced life. Jess’s goal is to ultimately become a ‘Lifestyle coach’ which follows the idea of helping people improve their overall health through physical activity, exercise and nutrition. She wants to help people enjoy being active, and due to that philosophy, she utilizes a variety of equipment, exercises and nutritional plans to find the best workout and routine for her clients. She looks forward to helping others achieve optimal performance, whether for work or play, along with a greater sense of well-being, leading to a healthier lifestyle.

I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends and I absolutely love helping clients achieve their goals and achieve something that they may have never imagined. The best thing about being a PT is when my clients say that they CAN’T and then seeing them accomplish it and more.
