Heard of parents hiding veggies in Spaghetti Bolognaise to trick their kids into eating them? That’s kind of what a hula hooping is like! A surprisingly good workout disguised as a bunch of fun!
If you’re keen to switch up your training, or just want to learn a fun new skill, this is the workshop for you!
Hula hooping works your whole body, with a main focus on your core & co-ordination. Regardless of where your fitness is at, there will be something in this class to challenge or excite you.
For beginners, we’ll focus towards on-body hooping & basic tricks, for intermediate to advanced Hoopers, the emphasis will be on splitting & drills.
Exercise aside, the main point of the class will be to have a giggle & some fun & to pick up a cool new trick or two!
