Positive Eating Nutrition Workshop’s provide evidence based nutrition education through practical cooking demonstrations and activities.
All sessions are non-diet based, budget mindful and use every day super foods that you can easily find at your local grocer, butcher or supermarket.
Alanna has created a series of workshops to make your life and eating habits healthier and easier.
These super fun and informative sessions also include sampling the simple food Alanna will demonstrate for you.
All workshops are on Sundays from 10am – 11am.
- Feb 17th – A Balanced Plate
- Feb 24th – Healthy snacks
- March 17th – Healthy Breakfast
- March 24th – Basic Sports Nutrition
Choose as many as you like from the 4 sessions. Well valued at $40 each or take up her special of all 4 sessions for $139.







As you may be aware, See Change is available as a venue for hire for parties, community events, yoga classes and anything you can set your mind to. In order to gather some photos for our gallery, we thought a great way would be to throw a “Fake Party”! It will certainly have all the fun of a regular party, however, if you come, we may use a photo of you pulling a “This is AWESOME!!!’ face, in our promotional materials.

Sarah ‘Doogs’ McDougall has been clowning around professionally for over a decade, both as a circus trainer & professional acrobat. She has toured all over the world performing to audiences of all sizes & teaching beginners through to professionals, specialising in Hula Hoops, Single-point trapeze, Chains Trapeze & as an Acrobatic base.
